You’ll notice that our organic products have a shorter code date than our regular milk products. That’s because they’re produced,
processed and sold right here in Arizona, so they’re super fresh and tasty. It’s just a few short miles from the farm to the
processing plant to the grocery store, and they sell right away. Since we don’t have to extend their shelf life, we don’t need to
process them as much. Instead, we use what’s called an HTST pasteurization process that gives them a shorter expiration date.
